If you wish to see a specific Doctor please inform the receptionist
Appointment requests, general enquiries, telephone calls and collection of prescriptions can be made during the above times. If you wish to speak to a Doctor by telephone, every effort will be made to put you through to the Doctor at the time of your call. If the Doctor is unavailable, you will be asked to phone back at a more convenient time. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know.
HOME VISITS AND EMERGENCY CALLS
If you need to see a doctor, but are too ill to get to the surgery, please contact the surgery as early as possible to request a home visit. If you feel the request is urgent, please tell the receptionist so that the Doctor can give it priority. Non-urgent house calls will be made at some point later in the day.
When the surgery is closed phone 844226. An answer-phone message will then give you the telephone number to use to contact the Doctor on call. Very occasionally the Doctor on call will also be using an answer-phone. If this is the case please leave a clear message giving the details requested.
